What steps are involved?

Choose a step below...

Initial free consultation

Initial 30 minute conversation to discuss what you want to get out of coaching and the goals you would want to focus on.  If you wish to proceed, a more detailed consultation would be set up to scope out your exact needs.

It would be necessary to understand who the coaching is for and whether it is being requested by an organisation on behalf of team members.

If this is the case, a more detailed three-way meeting would need to be set up to understand the objectives of all parties.

Getting the job done

On agreeing your bespoke  proposal, a contract would be issued including a review process.

Coaching sessions tend to last for 1.5 hours and are held every 4-8 weeks. The number of sessions is totally variable.  Some clients like short, sharp support over 5-6 sessions and others prefer to work over a longer period.

What to expect

The sessions will focus on the goals you want to achieve and the journey you will make to reach them.

An interactive range of tools, techniques and exercises will be used that are tailored to each session.

Every session will start with a review of progress and a discussion around any barriers you faced and how you overcame them.

Follow up

A summary of every session will be sent out and sometimes you will be asked to complete exercises in between sessions, to give you chance to reflect on areas for development.

We will monitor where you are against your goals at agreed review points

As we reach the end of the contracted number of sessions, we will summarise the coaching journey and review the progress made.  There would be an option to extend the coaching duration if required.

An evaluation form will be sent out after the last session to capture your feedback on what the coaching experience was like for you, as part of the continuous improvement of the service.
