I have retained close links with all matters concerning apprenticeships and was involved in the roll out of the Apprenticeship Levy and standards that have replaced the original frameworks. I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office.

Initial free consultation

Initial 30-minute conversation to discuss what you need and explore how I could support you.

Work could involve one-off recruitment campaigns, annual campaigns, or ongoing project work.

This could lead on to a more detailed meeting to scope out your exact needs and a proposal would be sent to you.

Getting the job done

On acceptance of a proposal, a contract would be issued including a review process.

Meetings typically take place monthly on site and last for 1.5 hours but could be online.

The duration of contracts is variable, some are ongoing, but I also run annual recruitment campaigns.

What to expect - In the case of recruitment campaigns

Once we understand the exact job role, we will identify the best fit apprenticeship standard, find the right training provider, promote the opportunity, interview, and select the apprentice.

Any practical tests required will be organised for shortlisted candidates.

The process of offering the successful candidate an apprenticeship position is managed with the employer and provider and the induction is planned.

Follow up

Once in place, the process of starting the apprenticeship with the training provider and the completion of the required documentation is organised.

Ongoing reviews are monitored to ensure progress is on track. The next step is to support apprentices to progress to the next level of apprenticeship.

An evaluation of each recruitment campaign is made as part of the continuous improvement of the service. At this point NAS digital accounts are set up and grants applied for.
