The retreat came at the perfect time for me to plan for the year ahead and make sure that my work life balance is in a good place. As a small business owner, having the opportunity to create a clear vision for what I want to achieve in 2024 alongside learning about how to look after my gut health to make sure that I stay fit and well, was an ideal combination. Since the retreat I’ve already made some plans for achieving my goals of simplifying my life and being able to work remotely – from anywhere, and I’ve now booked a one-way ticket to Bilbao in July to start my new journey! Thank you, Julie and Cara, for a lovely weekend and for setting me on the right track
